Little Ladybirds Team

Little Ladybird's philosophy:

Our children are always the focus and centre of everything we do in an environment where the knowledge and skills of the staff are constantly promoted and developed.

All staff have qualifications in First Aid, Food Hygiene

and Safeguarding.  All of these are always up to date.

             Alison O'Flynn

I started my childcare career after gaining a BTEC in Health and Social Care course where, after being particularly interested in the childcare aspect of the course, I decided that I wanted to enter the childcare profession and so progressed onto achieving a Nursery Nurse qualification (NNEB) in 1996.

I have managed Little Ladybirds Playgroup since 1995 seeing it through various changes along the way,  My prioirity has always been to provide a valuable service to parents and children in the area where everything I do and strive to achieve has the children at the very centre.

As Playgroup Manager and an Early Years Professional (EYP) my role is to provide an excellent service for the children and parents. This is achieved through managing a happy

staff team who constantly strive to provide a safe, caring and enjoyable environment,

As a result of this, both Alison and Jane undertook 4 years studying at Northampton University.

They graduated in February 2013 achieving a
